Aufgaben
- Du stellst Services, insbesondere im Bereich On- und Offboarding, zentral zur Verfügung und unterstützt dadurch die effizientere Nutzung
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Helpdesk und 2nd-Level Teams zusammen, um technische und fachliche Projekte umzusetzen. Dabei überwachst und analysiert Du unsere Applikationen kontinuierlich, um ein optimales Nutzungserlebnis für unsere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) sicherzustellen
- In Deiner Verantwortung liegt die Automatisierung unserer internen Services, wodurch Prozesse effizienter gestaltet und die Gesamtleistung gesteigert wird
- Du betreust und entwickelst relevante Komponenten für Monitoring und Alerting, um den Zustand unserer Services jederzeit im Blick zu haben. Dadurch trägst Du maßgeblich zur Gewährleistung der Stabilität und Leistung unserer Systeme bei
- Du entwirfst und implementierst Schnittstellen zur Kommunikation mit internen und externen Diensten, wodurch eine reibungslose Interaktion und Datenübertragung gewährleistet wird
Profil
- Durch Deine erlangte Berufserfahrung hast Du sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Scripting mit Python
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrung in der Automatisierung sammeln
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Linux-Systemumgebungen (Ubuntu / Debian)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit virtuellen Maschinen (z.B. Proxmox) und Datenbanken (z.B. MySQL) ist vom Vorteil
