Wir sind ein leidenschaftliches, internationales und wirklich vielfältiges Team von Sortimentsexperten, Analytikern, Datenwissenschaftlern und Machine-Learning-Ingenieuren mit unterschiedlichem Hintergrund – von Wirtschaft oder Beratung bis hin zu Mathematik oder Informatik.
Als unser neuer (Junior) Assortment Analyst (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unsere Business Analytik-Experten bei der Erstellung von Dashboards und Berichten, der Durchführung von Analysen und der Aufbereitung von Daten. Darüber hinaus wirst Du eng mit den verschiedenen Supply-Teams (Einkauf, Planung, Bestandsmanagement, etc.) zusammenarbeiten, um deren Tagesgeschäft zu verstehen und Datenlösungen zur Verbesserung ihrer Prozesse zu entwickeln.
Herausforderungen, an denen das Team arbeiten wird
Verstehen des Tagesgeschäfts der verschiedenen Beschaffungsteams wie Planung, Einkauf, Bestandsmanagement, Partner Management oder Pricing und gleichzeitiges Behalten der gegenseitigen Abhängigkeiten Entwicklung von intelligenten Business Analytik Lösungen zur ganzheitlichen Verbesserung ihrer Prozesse und EntscheidungenBereitstellung von Tools und Daten, um schnellere und bessere Geschäftsentscheidungen zu ermöglichenErmöglichung des Zugriffs auf und der Nutzung von relevanten Daten für die täglichen Aktivitäten der BeteiligtenZuständigkeiten
Herausforderung und Verbesserung unserer Berichte Erstellung und Pflege von benutzerdefinierten Dashboards auf der Grundlage von Google BigQuery (z. B. in Google Data Studio, Tableau), um verschiedene Geschäfts-KPIs für jede Geschäftseinheit anzuzeigenEntwicklung eines umfassenden Verständnisses der verschiedenen Planungs- und Einkaufsmetriken und KPIsErstellung und Pflege von Berichten zur Unterstützung der täglichen Arbeit der GeschäftsteamsVerbessern und Vorantreiben der Implementierung von automatisierten GeschäftsprozessenDurchführung von Analysen auf der Grundlage verschiedener DatenquellenAnforderungen
