Deine Aufgaben
Koordination des Marketingteams, d.h. Vorbereitung und Steuerung von internen Meetings, Entwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen innerhalb des Teams und teamüberfreifend, Sicherstellung des Kommunikationsflusses, Unterstützung bei Projektabwicklungen, Aufbau eines Jobboards zur Kapazitätensteuerung Schnittstelle in die Abteilungen Product Development und Sales zur Sicherstellung von Informationstransfer und Einhaltung von Timings Aufbau und Steuerung eines Marketinginternen Finanzprozesses (Templates, Timeline, Koordinationstermine etc.) Organisation und Vorbereitung von Workshops und Präsentationen Unterstützung beim Aufbau des jährlichen Marketingplans und dessen Kommunikation in die OrganisationDein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbar Fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich Marketing/Sales und in der Durchführung koordinativer Aufgaben Management-Background, d.h. Erfahrung in der Führung von Projekten & Personen Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und ergebnisorientiert, zeigst Initiative und liebst es Projekte sowie Themen voranzutreiben Du bist ein absolutes Organisationstalent Du findest dich in komplexen Strukturen zurecht und bist in der Lage über alle Hierarchiestufen hinweg auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren. Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementsoftware wie Asana Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (C1) Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld erfolgreich zu sein Liebe zum Detail und Genauigkeit zeichnen dich ausWarum wir?
