Job Position
SUN Pharma is seeking a proactive professional to lead our pharmaceutical efforts in Germany. As the Key Account Manager, focusing on the Compounding- Specialised Wholesaler and non-Tender Market, we are looking for someone with substantial experience in sales and key account management within the hospital and compounding sectors. This role, which involves fieldwork and a hybrid work model, requires individuals with a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of the market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with stakeholders in the compounding and non-tender segments for hospital products
- Engage with key stakeholders such as Compounders, Compounding pharmacies, Specialized Wholesalers, and hospital outpatient market
- Conduct face-to-face customer visits, virtual calls, participate in congresses, round tables, and local events
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in natural sciences (Health Economics, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry) or an MBA
- Pharmaceutical Representative according to §75AMG
Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in medical clinical sales
- At least 3 years of experience in hospital sales, compounding market, and contracting
Technical Skills
- Established network in the hospital outpatient environment, compounding pharmacies, and compounder network
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient in using computer tools for sales reports, KPI monitoring, customer analysis, and market research (especially in Excel)
- Effective presentation and written communication skills
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms for remote calls
- Fluency in German and intermediate proficiency in English
- Ability to collaborate within a team
Personal Skills
- Customer-focused, proactive individual with extensive field experience in hospital, compounder, and compounding pharmacy sectors, possessing a solid professional network
