We are looking to add a Project Manager to our team in Großbeeren, Germany (Hybrid role).

Overseeing assigned clinical customer projects to meet project goals within set timelines, budget, and customer expectations, the Project Manager role is crucial. Stepping in as Lead Project Manager for global clinical studies when needed, this position ensures a top-tier customer experience to drive long-term growth and success for PCI Clinical Services. Responsibilities revolve around Clinical Distribution projects including coordination, communication, and management of various project activities.

• Act as the main point of contact for distribution activities, managing business relationships and customer expectations.
• Create Logistics Management Documents tailored to specific customer studies.
• Aid in designing efficient packaging for storage and distribution.
• Lead the Distribution Project Team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project success.
• Ensure service excellence by interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Manage distribution activities from order receipt to shipment acknowledgment.
• Oversee Returns processes, including drug destruction.
• Handle project close out activities and billing tasks.
• Coordinate customer visits and support their needs.
• Review quotes, monitor project budget, and supervise Associate Clinical Project Managers.
• Support business development efforts and provide high-quality deliverables to clients.
• Commit to professional standards, effective communication, and responsiveness in all interactions.
• Be prepared for overtime and weekend work if needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned duties and contribute to project management metrics and improvements.
• Display excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
