Als fachliche:r Ansprechpartner:in ("face-to-the-customer") kannst du dich in unsere internen Kunden hineindenken, verstehst deren Wünsche & Arbeitsweisen und "übersetzt" diese für das Entwicklerteam
Die Grundlage des agilen Arbeitens sind für dich nichts Neues – die Pflege, die Erstellung und das Priorisieren des Product Backlogs schüttelst du aus dem Ärmel, denn damit stellst du sicher, dass das Entwicklungsteam das Richtige und in der richtigen Reihenfolge tut
Dir fällt es leicht, regelmäßig Prototypen und Entwicklungsergebnisse vor den internen operativen Kunden zu präsentieren und nachzuhalten
Voraussetzungen
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit informationstechnischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen in der agilen Softwareentwicklung in der Rolle als Product Owner/Product Manager sammeln
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus
Du hast Interesse und Motivation, dich in die Softwareprodukte eines Bautechnologiekonzerns einzuarbeiten
Prozessübergreifendes, unternehmerisches und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln liegen dir
