  • Fokus auf Wachstum: Als Mitglied des Growth Teams bei PLAN D synchronisierst du Unternehmensstrategie, Marketing, PR und Vertrieb. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, dem Vertriebsleiter und externen Dienstleister:innen förderst du das wirtschaftliche Wachstum von PLAN D.
  • Social Media: Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von zielgruppengerechten Inhalten und Moderation der Kanäle LinkedIn und Instagram.
  • Content Marketing: Du verantwortest die Erstellung von hochwertigem Content für Newsletter, Case-Studies, Gastbeiträge, Blog-Posts und unterstützt unsere Gründer in Thought Leadership Maßnahmen.
  • Website: Du bist verantwortlich für die regelmäßige Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Website, konzipierst Landingpages und optimierst die damit verbundene Marketing-Automatisierung.
  • Marketingmaterialien: Mit unseren Texter:innen, Grafikdesigner:innen, Videograph:innen und Fotograph:innen entwickelst du digitale Assets, Produktunterlagen und Mailings im Einklang mit unserem Corporate Design.
  • Performance Marketing: In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partner:innen gestaltest du SEA-Kampagnen für unseren Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
  • Eventmanagement: Du identifizierst, planst, organisierst und begleitest die Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen, Konferenzen und Messen. Hierzu gehören ebenfalls der Beziehungsaufbau- und pflege zu relevanten Verbänden.
  • Public Relations: Zusammen mit unseren Partner:innen realisierst du relevante PR Maßnahmen, knüpfst und pflegst Medienkontakte und verfasst Pressetexte.
  • Datenanalyse: Du analysierst die Effektivität deiner Maßnahmen und passt diese basierend auf den gewonnenen Daten an.
  • Ausbildung: Du hast einen Abschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung in Marketing, PR oder Content-Erstellung, gesammelt, bspw. durch Praktika oder eine erste Anstellung, idealerweise in einer Agentur oder einem Tech-Unternehmen.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Du bist offen und kommunikativ, genießt es, neue Kontakte zu knüpfen und Netzwerke aufzubauen. Du kommunizierst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch professionell und klar.
  • Selbstständigkeit: Du bist motiviert und arbeitest selbstständig. Mit deiner proaktiven Einstellung siehst du Herausforderungen als Chancen und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
  • Projektmanagement: Du arbeitest gern in interdisziplinären Teams und kannst mit Fingerspitzengefühl deine internen & externen Stakeholder und Dienstleister effektiv koordinieren und behältst stets den Überblick.
  • Wissen: Du kennst die Buzzwords SEO, SEA, CMS, CRM und hast Erfahrungen in Tools für Bildbearbeitung und Marketing-Automatisierung.
  • Copywriting: Du bist kreativ und hast Spaß daran, Texte klar und zielgruppengerecht zu formulieren. So erzeugst du wirkungsvollen Content für Newsletter, Blog-Posts, Case-Studies und Social Media.

Unbegrenzter Urlaub: Wir haben keine festen Arbeitszeiten oder Anwesenheitspflicht, aber wir brennen für unsere Projekte. Für wichtige Termine und Projektphasen sind wir im Büro, können sonst aber entscheiden, von wo wir arbeiten.
