As a Transformer Assembly Specialist at our Bad Honnef facility, you will be responsible for crafting highly complex coils for our high-voltage transformers based on technical drawings. Responsibilities:

• Craft complex coils (up to 3m in height and several tons) using technical drawings and various winding techniques
• Wrap, insulate, and solder copper cables
• Assemble designated insulation parts
• Dry and press windings to meet specified measurements and clearances
• Operate necessary machinery such as winding benches, presses, work platforms, etc.
• Transport coils, work materials, insulation parts, and components using cranes or forklifts
• Conduct ongoing quality controls, including inspection cards

Your Background:

• Completed vocational training, e.g., as an Electronics Technician for Machinery and Drive Technology
• Ideally, several years of experience in custom machinery construction
• Proficient in working with technical drawings
• Certification for operating cranes, forklifts, and aerial work platforms is advantageous
• Strong teamwork, precision, and a high awareness of workplace safety and quality
• Willingness to work in shifts
