Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Tasks:

• Prepare payroll for commercial employees
• Record working hours in the BRZ payroll program
• Capture and analyze movement data
• Process travel expenses and timesheets
• Calculate expense reimbursements and bonuses
• Manage personnel data and monitor deadlines (permits, licenses, etc.)
• Prepare monthly reports for authorities and official bodies
• Process company pensions, statistical reports, legal reports (monthly and yearly)
• Process seasonal short-time work
• Maintain deployment schedules as reported by foremen
• Handle vacation requests and absenteeism management
• Maintain vacation and sickness times for weekly creation of current employee lists for deployment planning
• Point of contact for commercial employees regarding site assignments: announcement of assignments and deployment planning
• Support apprentices (reporting, apprentice training sessions)
• Organize and monitor matters related to the BG-Bau (such as occupational health examinations, salary reports, accident forms, grant applications)
