Dieser Verantwortung stellen Sie sich gerne:
Als Head of Strategic Procurement und Global Category Manager (m/w/d) im Bereich Transportation Equipment sind Sie zuständig für die Festlegung der Lieferantenstrategie, -auswahl und Bewertung des Lieferantenrisikos sowie Leistungsmanagements für unsere gesamten Warengruppe im Bereich Transportation.
In Ihrer Verantwortung liegt die Betreuung eines Einkaufsvolumens von ca. 250 M Euro und in Ihrer Funktion sind Sie sowohl für die disziplinarische als auch für die fachliche Führung eines Teams von Strategischen Einkäufern an unseren Standorten Ditzingen, Berlin und Arnstadt verantwortlich.
Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Projekteinkäufern sowie mit den Bedarfsträgern im nationalen und internationalen Kontext zusammen mit dem Ziel, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und die Belastbarkeit unserer Lieferkette für unsere Geschäfte in Deutschland und Weltweit für die Kategorie "Transportation Equipment" zu gewährleisten.
Dies beinhaltet außerdem folgende Aufgaben:
- Sie erstellen und implementieren Einkaufsstrategien in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen- Gemeinsam mit dem Projekteinkauf und dem Team des strategischen Einkaufs definieren Sie das Risiko
- und Leistungsmanagement für unsere Lieferanten- In Zusammenarbeit mit Ihren Mitarbeitern legen Sie die Lieferantenstrategie fest und wählen die Lieferanten entsprechend aus- Sie agieren als Schnittstelle sowohl zu den Projekteinkäufern als auch zu Industrial um die termingerechte Lieferfähigkeit unter Berücksichtigung der Kosten und Qualität sicher zu stellen- Sie sind für die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse und Tools zusammen mit den Bereichen Projekteinkauf, Processes & Tools und Taktischer Einkauf zuständig- Das Management des Lieferantenportfolios inklusive Risikomanagement (Konsolidierung & 2nd Sources wo notwendig) liegt ebenso in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich- Abgerundet werden Ihre Aufgaben durch Managementpräsentationen im Bereich Ihrer Warenstrategien sowie Berichterstattung an nationale und internationale Schnittstellen
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Sie besitzen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Ingenieurwesen, technische BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation- Ihre Erfahrungen im Einkauf für Fertigung & Projekte sowie Risikomanagement im hohen zweistelligen Millionenbereich im technischen Umfeld der Fertigungslieferkette sowie des Lieferantenmarktes sind fundiert- Als Teamlead konnten Sie Ihre Führungsqualitäten in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation bereits unter Beweis stellen und halten Ihr Team stets zusammen sowie motiviert- Im Umgang mit EDV-Programmen wie MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint, als auch in ERP-Systemen wie SAP sind Sie sicher- Zu Ihren Stärken zählen unternehmerisches, strategisches sowie analytisches Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsstärke- Ihre Sprachkenntnisse im Deutschen und Englischen sind sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich verhandlungssicher- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist sehr strukturiert und Sie sind sowohl kommunikationsstark als auch lösungsorientiert- Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch Flexibilität bzgl. nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
