  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Qualitätswesen zur Reklamationsvermeidung und Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Koordination der Wartungs
- und Reinigungsaufgaben
- aktive Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung des Verantwortungsbereiches

  • Verantwortung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Ablauforganisation
  • Verantwortung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Durchführung aller funktionsspezifischen Aktivitäten gemäß unseres Materialwirtschaftskonzeptes im ERP-System
  • Disziplinarische Mitarbeiterführung für den Verantwortungsbereich

  • Coordination with maintenance for predictive maintenance and servicing as well as planned and unplanned repairs
  • Cooperation with the process development department
  • Cooperation with the quality assurance department to prevent and process complaints

  • Responsibility for and continuous improvement of process organization
  • Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the area of responsibility

  • Compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines

Required Skills and Education

Deutsch:

  • Dreijährige, abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf, z.
B. Zerspanungsmechaniker

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene qualifizierte Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall, Techniker oder technischen Betriebswirt
  • Langjährige ( mind. 6 Jahre) fachspezifische Berufserfahrung in einem Metallberuf mit ersten Erfahrungen im Führen von Mitarbeitern
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Englisch:

  • Threeyear, successfully completed specialized vocational training in a metal profession, e.g. machinist
  • Successfully completed qualified further training as foreman, technician or technical business administrator
  • Many years (at least 6 years) of specialized professional experience in a metal profession with initial experience in managing employees
  • Good communication skills
