- Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson vor Ort für Meetings und Events
- Die Organisation und Planung von Veranstaltungen und Konferenzen aller Art übernehmen Sie selbstständig
- Sie prüfen die eingehenden Veranstaltungsanfragen und koordinieren die Erstellung von Angeboten im Team
- Auch eventuelle Reklamationen handhaben Sie professionell
- Die Begrüßung der Gäste vor Beginn der Veranstaltung und ggf. die Verabschiedung am Ende der Veranstaltung fallen ebenfalls in Ihren Aufgabenbereich
- Sie planen und führen selbstständig Hausführungen mit Kunden durch
- Follow-Up-Gespräche mit den Veranstaltungskunden runden Ihr Verantwortungsgebiet ab

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit und haben bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Convention Sales sammeln können
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Organisationstalent, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Selbstständigkeit aus
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten gehören zu Ihren Kompetenzen
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
