YOUR ROLE
  • Develop & execute account strategies with focus on innovation & sustainability for Metal Packaging
  • Achieve agreed financial and operational objectives
  • Execute sales plans (short, mid & long term) and tactics to maintain and proactively develop local business
  • Acquisition of new clients and supervision of customers projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to deliver on sales targets
  • Provide input to management on customer needs, business trends and competitive situations in your area of responsibility and provide clear direction to Henkel cross-functional teams on where-to-play and how-to-win
  • Coordinate with Technical Customer Service to conduct line trials/ (re)solve customer requests and complaints
  • Execute pricing actions and actively maintain and growth sales project pipeline
YOUR SKILLS
  • University degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 5 years work experience, ideally including experience as key account manager and international experience
  • Experience in business development and sales in a production industry
  • High level of initiative and ambition to drive sales and profitability in the general industry
  • Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the job
