We are counting on you to:

• Your main responsibility is to stabilize and develop processes related to the upstream coating process, as well as improve equipment availability and technical development of the production plant.
• In the absence of the department head, you will take over their representation.
• You will be involved in the organization and preparation of planned and unplanned repair and maintenance tasks.
• You will create and update procedural instructions.
• Monitoring the performance of relevant KPIs (including deployment and deviation management) is part of your responsibilities, as well as supporting in complaint management.
• You will actively contribute to improving workplace safety within the company.
• You will lead improvement projects.

Is this job for you?

• You have completed an engineering degree (technician, bachelor, master), e.g. in the field of process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar.
• Ideally, you have some experience in a production environment.
• You are enthusiastic about new products and processes, and their optimization on modern equipment.
• In addition, you are a strong communicator within a team, have a long-term perspective, and take initiative and responsibility from the start.
• You work in a structured, results- and quality-oriented manner, and independently and purposefully drive projects.
• If you enjoy collaborating with others, personal development, and learning new things, you will fit well into our team.
