Job Title: Hybrid Senior Frontend Developer (E-commerce Industry)

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Munich based, however remote working available

Optimus Search is working with an exciting company that uses the latest tech to create an awesome online shopping experience. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll design and build high-quality, responsive web apps. Work with our designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring the companies ideas to life. My client is looking for a talented Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and help us shine

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Maintain: Build and optimize web apps using React, Angular, or
  • Collaborate: Work with UX/UI designers to create engaging interfaces.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, tested, and maintainable code.
  • Optimize: Ensure apps are fast and scalable.
  • Innovate: Stay updated with the latest trends and tech.
  • Mentor: Guide and support junior developers.
  • Solve Problems: Quickly troubleshoot and fix frontend issues.
  • Integrate: Work with backend developers to connect frontend and APIs.
  • Secure: Implement secure coding practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in frontend development, especially in eCommerce.
  • Strong in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React, Angular, or
  • Experience with state management (Redux, MobX, Vuex).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and build tools (Webpack, Babel).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ,
  • Familiarity with performance tools (Lighthouse, WebPageTest).
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
