Dieses Profil bringen Sie mit als Global Marketing Communications Manager (m/w/d):
  • Sie haben einen Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Kommunikation, Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Sie haben umfangreiche Erfahrung in Kommunikation und/oder Marketing für Softwareprodukte und -lösungen, vorzugsweise in einem globalen Konzern oder einer Agentur
  • Sie bringen idealerweise Branchenerfahrung in Med-Tech oder Healthcare mit
  • Sie beherrschen die deutsche und die englische Sprache verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie haben ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten und arbeiten selbstständig
  • Sie haben eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise und blühen in cross-funktionalen Teams und dynamischen Umgebungen auf

Ihre Aufgaben als Global Marketing Communications Manager (m/w/d):
  • Sie sind ein erfahrener Kommunikationsallrounder (m/w/d) und unterstützten das Team, das verantwortlich für die Produktkommunikation der digitalen Gesundheitsprodukte und -lösungen des Digital & Automation Portfolios ist
  • Sie verantworten im Team die interne Kommunikation, die Planung und Umsetzung von Social und Paid Media Kampagnen, die Erstellung von redaktionellen Inhalten für die externe Produktkommunikation sowie den entsprecheunden internen Freigabeprozess
  • Sie planen, implementieren und evaluieren in diesem Rahmen cross-mediale Kommunikkationsstrategien und -maßnahmen entlang des PESO-Modells und entwickeln und koordinieren redaktionelle Inhalte sowie produktbezogenen Content für die interne und externe kanalübergreifende Distribution
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Marketing, Event und anderen Stakeholdern, u.a. mit Regionen und Ländern zusammen
  • Sie managen Projektzeitpläme, Budgets und Agenturen
  • Sie definieren KPIs, analysieren den Erfolg und optimieren Strategien entsprechend
