• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for various business units
• Conducting business unit controlling activities across multiple companies domestically and internationally
• Supporting the business unit in projects and business case calculations
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring financial and operational KPIs to assist management in decision-making processes
• Analyzing business trends, cost structures, and revenue developments to enhance profitability and efficiency
• Collaborating closely with business unit managers and other relevant stakeholders to achieve financial goals
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field
• Several years of experience in controlling, preferably in an international setting
• Strong skills in preparing and analyzing financial reports
• Experience working with joint ventures or subsidiaries abroad is advantageous
• Proficient in IT, especially Excel; experience with innovative BI systems (PowerBI), consolidation software (LucaNet), and ERP systems (Navision) is a plus
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Analytical mindset, communication skills, and teamwork abilities
