During our 2-year program, you will rotate through different business areas tailored to your skills and interests, gaining practical experience in operational areas such as Energy and Mobility, Future Fuels, and Logistics. Additionally, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects in central departments like Finance, Marketing, and Legal, ensuring a diverse entry into the workforce.

You will also have a mentor guiding you through the program, helping you settle in and prepare for future management roles across different sectors.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration
• Prior relevant work experience during studies
• Fluent in English
