Als Supply Officer Aircraft On Ground sind Sie mitunter verantwortlich für das Management des Materialflusses zu Airbus und die Suche nach Lösungen für die AOG (Aircraft on Ground). Sie übernehmen die Sicherstellung der Richtigkeit der an die Lieferanten übermittelten Anforderungen. Bei Airbus als Luft

**Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören**:

- Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation
- Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
- Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
- Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
- Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
- Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
- Part of the on-call service

**Wir wünschen uns**:

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistikfachraft, Speditionskaufmann/frau, eine technische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Supply Chain / Logistics, technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Controlling, Disposition / Materialbeschaffung, Logistics, Supply Chain sowie Erfahrungen in Customer Service
- Sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch-, Spanisch
- oder Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Tools: SAP; Google Workspace von Vorteil
