Stellenbeschreibung- Service Portfolio: Erstellen und Führen eines Service-Portfolios für das Bestands- und Neukundengeschäft im Kontext von Sicherheitssystemen für Gebäude sowie "Building Intelligence".
- Service Design: Entwickeln neuer Services für unsere Kunden, d.h. Anforderungsmanagement, Begleitung der Service-Entwicklung sowie Schnittstelle zu Strategie, Marketing und Kommunikation sowie Vertrieb, auch unter Einbeziehung von Drittanbieterlösungen.
- Service Transition: Abstimmen neuer Services mit anderen Service-Einheiten des Integratorgeschäfts sowie der Business Units des Produktgeschäfts, insbesondere für domänenübergreifende neue Services.
- Service Lifecycle: Überwachung des Lebenszyklus der Service Portfolioelemente, d.h. von der Entwicklung bis zum End-of-Life, insbesondere mit kontinuierlicher Prüfung der Wirtschaftlichkeit.
- Prozess Management: Definition und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen innerhalb des Errichtergeschäfts BT-IE mit Fokus auf Serviceprozesse (z. B. Handlungsanweisungen oder Verfahrensabläufe).
- Prozess Monitoring: Vereinbaren von Prozesszielen mit anderen Geschäftsfeldern und Einführung sowie Messung geeigneter Kennzahlen und Messgrößen.
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterqualifikation oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Informatik / Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Durchsetzungsstärke und zugleich kooperative Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln.
- Know-How: Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Portfoliomanagement, Service Entwicklung und Anforderungsmanagement von Vorteil.
- Erfahrungen: Berufserfahrung in einem größeren Unternehmen (Konzernstruktur) wünschenswert.
- Sprachen: Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
