**Ihre Tätigkeiten**:
- Sie konzipieren eine systematische, global ausgerichtete Führungskräfteentwicklung für die KOSTAL-Gruppe und treiben deren Umsetzung federführend voran
- Sie gestalten und implementieren ein globales Leadership Curriculum sowie attraktive Entwicklungsprogramme für Potenzialträger auf Executive Level
- Sie wirken maßgeblich mit bei der Einführung, Steuerung und Optimierung globaler Prozesse des strategischen Talent
- und Nachfolgemanagements für unsere Schlüsselpositionen
- Sie leiten internationale Projekte der Führungskräfte
- und Organisationsentwicklung
- Sie verantworten die Auswahl und Steuerung externer Lernpartner für unsere Senior Executives und Executive Talents
- Sie beraten und begleiten Manager und HR Business Partner in allen Fragen der Führungskräfteentwicklung und der Potenzialförderung

- Führungskräfteentwicklung und Talentmanagement im internationalen Umfeld sind Ihre Leidenschaft
