Die Transformation des Standorts Berlin ist ein Symbol für den Wandel in der Automobilindustrie. Elektrifizierung und Digitalisierung sind die Kernpfeiler unserer Unternehmensstrategie. Mit dem Ausbau Berlins zum Kompetenzzentrum für Digitalisierung und der Vergabe von Produktionsvolumen im Bereich E-Mobilität können wir die Zukunft unseres Berliner Traditionsstandorts erfolgreich sichern.
Der Mercedes-Benz Digital Factory Campus (DFC) spielt eine wichtige Rolle in unserem globalen Produktionsnetzwerk. Der DFC entwickelt modernste MO360-Software und qualifiziert Mitarbeiter im Bereich Digitalisierung. Wenn sich Kundenbedürfnisse und Marktbedingungen ändern, müssen sich auch die Fähigkeiten unserer Mitarbeiter ändern. Genau hier setzt unser Digital Factory Campus an. Wir sind die Trainings
- und Qualifizierungsdrehscheibe für alle Themen rund um Digital, Elektrik und Produktion. Durch die Umschulung unseres Operations-Teams stärken wir die digitale Kompetenz und das digitale Mind Set bei Mercedes Benz Operations.
Das Team "Digitale Grundlagen" (PP/DPF) ist im Abteilungsverbund für Forschungs
- und Fördermittelprojekte, sowie den Aufbau von digitalen Kompetenzen zur Umsetzung von technischen Innovationen verantwortlich. Ziel ist die Entwicklung von digitalen Lösungen für unsere MO (Mercedes-Benz Operations)-Werke.
**Diese Herausforderungen kommen unter anderem auf Dich zu:
- Mitwirkung bei Fördermittelprojekten
- Zuarbeit bei Kooperationen
- Mitarbeit bei Beantragung von Fördermitteln auf Bundesebene
- Erste Übernahme von Aufgaben bei der Konzeption, dem Aufbau und dem Betrieb von Reallaboren (on Campus)
- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Berichten zum Projektstatus
- Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen
- Controlling von Mittel (Personal, SGK, MiB) über den MO-Verbund
- Kontinuierliche Pflege und Erstellung und Redaktion von Beiträgen einer internen Internetseite
- (Weiter-)entwicklung von MO360 Applikationen
- Werde ein Teil davon und wirke in unserem Team des Mercedes-Benz Digital Factory Campus Berlin mit Deinen Ideen und Deiner Kompetenz mit. Wir freuen uns auf Deine Bewerbung _
**Qualifikationen**:
- Studiengang Mechatronik, Industrieelektronik, Industriemechanik, Automatisierungs-/Steuerungstechnik, Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Sichere Deutsch

- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
- Analytische Denkweise und strategische Arbeitsweise
- Programmier
- und Cloudkenntnisse bspw. Python, eXtollo
