Deine Aufgaben- Gemeinsam mit deinem 6-köpfigen Team gestaltest du eine großartige Employee Experience, die Mitarbeitende in ihrem Prozess entlang des Employee Life Cycles begleitet und optimal unterstützt.
- Jede:r unserer 1.000 Mitarbeiter:innen bei idealo wird mit dir und deinem Team in Kontakt treten. Ihr seid die Expert:innen für alle personalrelevanten Fragen zu Vertragsmanagement, Global Mobility, Benefits und Gehältern.
- Du bist durch und durch Führungskraft und liebst es, dein Team zu challengen, zu entwickeln und deinen Bereich zu optimieren.
- Als Verantwortliche:r für unsere Personaldaten bist du in der Lage, datenbasiert wichtige strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen und unser Management darüber zu informieren.
- Du optimierst, standardisierst und automatisierst unsere People Services Prozesse mit Hilfe von innovativen Tools und KI und treibst so die Digitalisierung des People-Bereichs und den strategischen und zielgerichteten Aufbau einer People Service Excellence voran.
- In unserer People & Workplace Leadership Runde bist du Sparringspartner:in und wirkst an People-übergreifenden Projekten mit.
- Deine Kenntnisse rund um Personalprozesse, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sind dank deiner mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung auf Profi-Niveau.
- Als leidenschaftliche:r People-Manager:in bringst du Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams mit und es fällt dir leicht, effiziente Prozesse zu etablieren, Abläufe zu optimieren und stets das große Bild im Auge zu behalten.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise bei der Implementierung von neuen HR Tools sowie Prozess-Lösungen.
- Als Zahlenmensch liebst du die Analyse und Visualisierung von Daten mit BI Software wie zum Beispiel Tableau.
- Du überzeugst durch deine Service- und Lösungsorientierung und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine Arbeit.
- Du wohnst in Berlin & Umgebung und kommst gerne 1-2 mal pro Woche ins Büro.
