• Location: Belecke, 59581 Warstein, Germany (Remote possible)
• Experience required

• Creation and management of quotes and orders
• Handling customer requirements
• Assessment of in-house products for suitability and usability
• Customer consultation
• Price adjustments in coordination with the respective Account Manager
• Coordinating schedules and delivery times
• Creating descriptions, offer documentation, and monitoring deadlines
• Follow-up on offers and order placement in consultation with the respective Account Manager
• Technical and commercial order assessment
• Forwarding orders to project and order management or entering customer-specific orders
• Tracking order processing and deadlines, offering alternative solutions if needed
• Reviewing and managing customer requests for additional items
• Organizing and conducting customer acceptance tests if required
• Participating in customer acquisition and project meetings
• Supporting Account Managers with suitable documents
• Caring for specific product groups and maintaining up-to-date materials

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Extensive experience in a relevant industry, preferably with a business background
• Knowledge of products/applications/solutions for industrial energy systems
• Basic understanding of contract law is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, and SAP
• Fluency in German and English
• Spanish or French language skills would be a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective team player
• Good time management skills
