Gesamtverantwortung für das Finanzmanagement des Unternehmens**: Budgetplanung, Überwachung und Berichterstattung, Liquiditätsmanagement und Cashflow-Optimierung, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
- ** Führung und Entwicklung des Finanzteams**: Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung, Implementierung von Prozessstandards und -kontrollen
- ** Berichterstattung und Analyse**: Erstellung von Finanzanalysen und Berichten für das Management, Verantwortung für die fristgerechte Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses

**Was bringst du mit?**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium oder vergleichbarer Abschluss im Bereich Finance
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung und/oder Controlling
- Erfahrung und Affinität im Umgang mit der Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von buchhalterischen Prozessen
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit DATEV-Unternehmen Online wünschenswert
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office Programmen (Excel, Word etc.)
- Eine hohe Service-Mentalität und gute Kommunikations-Skills
- Du findest Sorgfalt, Diskretion und Verbindlichkeit selbstverständlich
- Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutsch
