The Environmental Graduate will have a passion for Nature and Sustainability in a Manufacturing Environment.

They will be a key part of the Positive Impact Operations Team and assist on topics such as Carbon Reduction, Food & Industrial Waste circularity, working with essential data and metrics to support projects and stakeholder engagement.

The role is based at our Frankfurt office in Germany, with some international travel required.

Missions:

  • Support our global factory network & brands to leverage existing platforms to drive their own local climate, energy, and zero waste action plans; through animation, monitoring & follow-up and sharing best practices.
  • Support the Team animating our passionate internal community around the world, in factories, with information, tools, training & events.
  • Together with the Team, collect and analyze sustainability data for frequent performance reporting, annual results, public reporting and to support strategy building.
  • Draw insights from data to craft written summaries and be able to translate sustainability metrics into industry and public-facing content.
  • Training, upskilling & undertaking whole life cycle carbon assessments of products & key projects
  • Relevant Third Level Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • Skills in the use and development of PowerBI reports
  • Skills in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated quantitative skills including collecting and analyzing data
  • Excellent research skills and ability to present findings in a clear and compelling format
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to effectively translate technical data into digestible, visual content
  • Passionate team player, ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams, strong interpersonal skills and autonomy. There are no unemployment benefits and retirement contribution.
