Unser Zentraleinkauf besteht aus einem derzeit 16-köpfigen Team und stellt die termingerechte Materialversorgung zu bestmöglichen Konditionen aller deutscher Gesellschaften sicher. Aufgeteilt ist unsere Abteilung in die drei Säulen Transaktional, Strategisch und Digitalisierung.
Für unser Team Digitalisierung suchen wir einen Project Manager Purchasing (m/w/d) - Digitalisation & Transformation mit folgenden Aufgaben:
Leitung von Digitalisierungsprojekten im Einkaufsbereich von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung Etablierung klarer Kommunikationswege, sodass relevante Stakeholder über den Projektfortschritt informiert sind Erstellung von regelmäßigen Berichten über den Projektfortschritt und Präsentation gegenüber relevanten Stakeholdern Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Implementierung von effizienten Prozessen im Einkaufszyklus Nutzung von Datenanalysen zur Überwachung von Leistungsindikatoren Erstellung relevanter System- und BenutzerdokumentationenQualifikationen
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachbereich sowie erste Berufserfahrung (1-3 Jahre), vorzugsweise in einer dezentralen Unternehmensorganisation. Diese Kenntnisse und/oder Fertigkeiten können auch auf anderem Wege erworben werden Kenntnisse in der Implementierung von digitalen Lösungen und Technologien im Einkaufsbereich Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Erfahrung mit COUPA oder einer vergleichbaren Procure-to-Pay-Lösung ist von Vorteil Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office- und ERP-Systemen Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Prozesse Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und Eigeninitiative Prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit KommunikationsstärkeZusätzliche Informationen
