Aufgabengebiet

Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Serviceteams (Teamleiter + Servicetechniker), des Innendienstteams und der Werkstatt, einschließlich Förderung, Motivation und Entwicklung der TeammitgliederAusbau des Service-, Werkstatt- und Innendienstbereichs sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Strukturen und ProzesseVerantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der strategischen Ausrichtung der AbteilungOptimierung der internen Zusammenarbeit und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen KommunikationDokumentation, Standardisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Service und Vertriebsinnendienst unter Berücksichtigung und Verbesserung von QualitätsstandardsEntwicklung von KPIs für Service und Vertriebsinnendienst sowie Analyse, Reporting und MonitoringSicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation und optimalen, professionellen Betreuung der KundenBerichterstattung an das Management Anforderungsprofil Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Industriefachwirt / Betriebswirt oder vergleichbare QualifikationMehrjährige Berufserfahrung min der Service- und/oder Innendienstleitung im Bereich Customer Service in eine IndustrieunternehmenNachweisbare Change- und Projekt Management Kenntnisse, wie z.B. in der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von ProzessenAuthentische Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Service- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie hohem Anspruch an Kundenorientierung und MitarbeiterentwicklungAusgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit einer hohen ÜberzeugungskraftSicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen sowie sehr gute SAP-und CRM-SystemkenntnisseFließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Vergütungspaket
