**Poste et missions**:
Au sein du pôle Chief Operating Office Corporate Investment Banking vous êtes manager leader et membre du Management Committee de COO CIB.

En tant que Business Manager et Responsable de la Transformation, vous êtes directement rattaché au Chief Operating Officer CIB et vous avez pour missions de:

- Conseiller et accompagner le Chief Operating Officer CIB dans l'organisation et l'animation du pôle en termes de budget, de risques, de sourcing et de projets. Cela inclut le suivi des indicateurs de performance clés et le respect des politiques réglementaires internes et externes ;
- Accompagner et piloter les programmes de transformation stratégique du département en proposant un accompagnement et des solutions innovantes, créatrices de valeur pour les clients et les équipes ;
- Définir le plan de change management ;
- Participer activement à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des chantiers d'amélioration de l'efficacité en liaison avec les métiers ;
- Encadrer l'équipe Business Management & Transformation COO CIB;
- Animer la communauté des business managers du pôle.

**Profil et compétences requises**:
À propos de vous : Si vous vous reconnaissez dans la description suivante, vous êtes fait pour travailler avec nous

De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'une expérience significative dans le secteur bancaire.

Vous maîtrisez:

- Le management de projets ;
- Le change management ;
- Le pilotage de la performance d'activité et de process (sur le scope CIB).

Vous avez un excellent relationnel, une très bonne capacité d'écoute, vous êtes:

- Capable de communiquer, présenter et influencer à tous les niveaux dont le Senior et Executive Management ;
- Orienté amélioration, vous savez remettre en question de façon constructive les façons de penser et de fonctionner ;
- Capable de manager une équipe et de fédérer l'ensemble des interlocuteurs vers la stratégie globale qui sera initiée.

Vous maîtrisez l'anglais avec un niveau C1.
