Expert*in Data Management

Als Expert*in Data Management bei der ILB sind Sie Teil des Teams Data Governance und aktiv an der Modernisierung der Datenlandschaft beteiligt. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, die Datenlandschaft zu verbessern und die Nutzung innerhalb der ILB zu optimieren. Sie bringen umfassende Expertise in Bereichen wie Data Governance, Datenqualität, Datenarchitektur und Metadatenmanagement ein.

Sie unterstützen als Partner*in für Fachbereiche und IT bei der Prozessoptimierung und tragen zur Digitalisierung der ILB bei. Ihr Ziel ist es, datenbezogene Projekte zu begleiten und Lösungen zu entwickeln, um das Datenmanagement nachhaltig voranzutreiben.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie vertreten die vier Handlungsfelder des Teams bei datenbezogenen Anforderungen und Projekten in der ILB.
  • Als Ansprechpartner*in beraten Sie die Fachbereiche zu datenbezogenen Fragen und Problemen.
  • Sie analysieren datenmanagementbezogene Herausforderungen, entwickeln Maßnahmen und begleiten deren Umsetzung.
  • Sie bringen relevante Projektthemen ins Fachteam Data Governance ein und optimieren Lösungsansätze zum Datenmanagement.
  • Sie bleiben in allen Handlungsfeldern up-to-date und vertreten Ihre Kolleg*innen bei Bedarf.

Ihr Profil:

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und proaktive Herangehensweise an fachliche Herausforderungen
  • Erfahrung in Data Governance, Datenqualität, Datenarchitektur und Metadatenmanagement
  • Interesse an Datenanalyse und Prozessoptimierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder verwandten Feldern von Vorteil
