Aufgaben
  • Du agierst als rechte Hand des Senior Vice President Digital Plattform und bist Ansprechpartner:in im Auftrag des gesamten Bereiches
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Vice President bist Du involviert in Businessplanung, Wachstumspläne, strategische Weiterentwicklung, Reportings, Budgetierung, und vieles Mehr
  • Du unterstützt in der täglichen Arbeit, beispielsweise: Vorstands-Updates vorbereiten, spezielle Prüfaufträge übernehmen, Organisation und Leitung von Workshops
  • Du bereitest die wöchentlichen Meetings des Führungsteams vor und steuerst und begleitest bereichsübergreifende Themen
  • Du reportest die Bereichs-KPIs (Business & HR) in regelmäßigen Abständen; damit lernst Du den Bereich in die Tiefe kennen und bist das Mastermind der Bereichssteuerung

Profil
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Beratungsumfeld sammeln können
  • Darüber hinaus verfügst Du über hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten (inkl. Nutzung von Excel und Powerpoint) und bist kommunikativ stark
  • Hohe Empathie und Gefühl für eine Organisationseinheit
  • Du bist teamorientiert, verfügst über ein außerordentliches Organisationsgeschick und kannst dich für Neues begeistern
  • Du denkst und handelst lösungsorientiert und bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
