For our client in the telecommunications industry, we are looking for several clerks with an affinity for sales .
Objective of the position:
Supporting the scheduling and sourcing teams in achieving the specified targets Ensuring effective processing of the areas of responsibility under consideration of quality, costs and time Achieving optimal customer service (internal and external, eNPS / NPS) by aligning work instructions and processes accordinglyHere's what we offer

Characteristics of the job:
Controlling, forecasting and ensuring central stock levels for all DE sales channels Independent and autonomous management of the necessary central push deliveries for the stores and OPS in the accessories product group as well as ensuring sufficient stock availability for the sales channels to be supported. Activation/ deactivation of virtual stock Releasing/blocking new/old devices Creation and processing of shopping cards and purchase orders Supporting team members (disposition and sourcing ) in day-to-day businessYour profile
Professional qualifications:
Required education: commercial training Required professional experience: ideally industry experience in scheduling and/or sourcing Job Holder Skills:Necessary:
Very good understanding of numbers Quick comprehension and accuracy Analytical way of thinking and understanding of processes Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) Hands-on mentality paired with an independent, self-reliant and solution-oriented way of working with an eye for the essentials Problem-solving skills and strong implementation skills Very good knowledge of German High degree of self-motivation and reliabilityan advantage:
Knowledge of SAP and Oracle desirable Experience with data management and databasesSpecial powers/characteristics of the position:
