**Wir über uns**
Die Behörde für Inneres und Sport (BIS) nimmt Aufgaben auf dem Gebiet der öffentlichen Sicherheit und Ordnung, des Katastrophenschutzes, des Aufenthaltsrechts, des Straßenverkehrs, der Wahlen und Volksabstimmungen sowie des Sports wahr.

Das Landessportamt (LSP) ist oberste Landesbehörde für den Bereich Sport und damit zuständig für alle ministeriellen und grundsätzlichen Angelegenheiten aus diesem Bereich. Es untersteht in sportfachlichen Angelegenheiten direkt dem Staatsrat für Sport und dem Senator für Inneres und Sport. Das LSP vertritt die Belange des Sports innerhalb der öffentlichen Verwaltung sowie die sportbezogenen Belange der FHH gegenüber Dritten. Darüber hinaus stellt es die Förderung und Unterstützung, insbesondere des organisierten Sports innerhalb Hamburgs sicher und wirkt auf eine Vernetzung und einen Austausch aller Akteurinnen und Akteuren des Sports hin. Außerdem steuert und überwacht es den Erhalt und den Ausbau der Sportinfrastruktur und fördert sportliche
Veranstaltungen. Der Bereich LSP2, dem die ausgeschriebene Stelle angegliedert ist, ist zuständig für die Sportentwicklung.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- die mehrjährige, professionelle und umfassende Kommunikationskampagne für die "Active City" hauptverantwortlich bearbeiten und steuern
- Partnerschaftsmodelle und Netzwerke von Active-City-Partnerschaften aufbauen / steuern und als zentrale:r Ansprechparter:in für interessierte Institutionen und Partner:innen zur Verfügung stehen
- den Außenauftritt "Active-City" in allen digitalen und analogen Formaten unterstützen und ausbauen und Werbematerial entwickeln
- Pressetermine, Vorträge, Reden, Präsentationen und öffentliche Veranstaltungen im Kontext "Active City" organisieren und inhaltlich vor
- und nachbereiten
- ministerielle Aufgaben wie die Bearbeitung parlamentarischer Angelegenheiten (u. a. sportfachliche

Verantwortung für Anfragen, Ersuchen etc. der Hamburgischen Bürgerschaft)

Mitwirkung im Zentralen Katastrophendienststab

**Ihr Profil**
**Erforderlich**
- wissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss (Master oder gleichwertig) der Fachrichtung Public Management, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing oder Journalistik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienfachrichtung oder dem Hochschulabschluss gleichwertige Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen auf Basis eines abgeschlossenen Studiums (Bachelor oder gleichwertig) der o. g. Fachrichtungen oder einer vergleichbaren Studienfachrichtung und zusätzlich 4 Jahre einschlägiger Berufserfahrung bedenkenloses Ergebnis einer Überprüfung nach - 34 HmbSÜGG

- Kenntnisse über Aufbau und Organisation der Hamburger Verwaltung sowie der Sportselbstverwaltung und der Sportinstitutionen
- Kenntnisse in der Initiierung und Konzeption von Marketingmaßnahmen und -instrumenten
- Beherrschung der relevanten digitalen Verfahren, insbesondere MS-Office sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Neuen Medien / gute IT-Kenntnisse Content-Management-Systeme (Redaktionssystem für das Internet der FHH "CoreMedia"), Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator
- Affinität zu Sportthemen, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kunden
