Your tasks:
Providing technical product and vehicle advice to our customers, sales staff and employees Customer-oriented, comprehensible information transfer using various media and tools Informing our customers about vehicle-specific accessories, accompanying services, local events and promotions Recording, changing and forwarding prospective customer and customer data Organizing and documenting test drives in coordination with the sales staff Technical support for deliveries, explanation of vehicle functionalities and assistance with personalization/individualization Continue to be available to customers after delivery as a contact person for operating the vehicles Participation in events and training courses Qualifikationen Enjoyment, fun and identification with the Mercedes-Benz brand high level of service and enjoyment in dealing with people high level of commitment and social competence strong sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and independently success-oriented thinking and a confident manner strong communication skills and negotiating skills in dealing with customers completed commercial or technical vocational training good PC and MS Office skills as well as a high affinity for new media and modern technologies good knowledge of English desirable very good verbal and written communication skillsFor us, it's not just your qualifications that count, it should also be a good fit on a personal level If customer orientation, reliability, independence and collegiality are also a matter of course for you, this is the ideal basis for future cooperation.
The position is full-time and, depending on the entry requirements, either permanent or limited to months, but we are very interested in a long-term and successful collaboration. Reference example 0 , target pay group 7.
