RABOT Charge is looking for a Senior Product Manager Growth to join our Product team and shape the future of our products.
If you are passionate about data, excited when you hear the words discovery & delivery, like to own the product cycle and want to craft solutions for a greener, more sustainable future, - we want to hear from you
- Collaborate with the product team to propel our product vision forward
- Within a cross-functional product team, you'll create value for our customers, test and develop new ideas, and be responsible for the team's outcomes
- Monitor relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continually enhance them
- Your focus will centre on optimizing the conversion rate, acquiring new customers, and
enhancing the overall customer experience - With your product-led growth approach, you'll define opportunities to drive growth with new
functionalities in the app - Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences, all while
operating with a user-centric approach - Actively contribute your ideas and input while seeking out creative and pragmatic solutions
- Seasoned Product Management Expertise: Demonstrate substantial professional experience in product management, reflecting a profound grasp of contemporary product management methodologies
- Proficiency in Discovery and Delivery: You're well-versed in the processes of product discovery and delivery
- Structured and Independent Work Style: Embrace a structured and self-reliant approach to your work
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication abilities to convey ideas effectively.
- Fascination with German and European Energy Markets: Express a genuine interest in German and European energy markets, and a passion for engaging in the fast-paced activities of a startup ecosystem.

RABOT Charge is an independent supplier of 100 % renewable energy, offering dynamic electricity tariffs to private and business customers. Our innovative approach involves just-in-time buying strategies at the stock exchange, ensuring both ecological sustainability and cost optimization for domestic charging management. By passing on exchange buying prices to our customers, we can save them up to 35 % on their electricity bills. Electric vehicle owners particularly benefit from our dynamic electricity tariff, as we have developed a smart system that signals the car when to automatically charge during periods of low electricity prices.
