Wir suchen ab sofort jemanden am Standort Berlin (mit der Option auf mobiles Arbeiten) als Product Manager:in– digitales Ökosystem (w/m/d).

Deine potenziellen Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung unserer Vision, mit Innovationen und Lösungen Wohnträume zu erfüllen, mitwirken bei der Entwicklung kundenzentrierter digitaler Ökosysteme und Lösungen für die Sparkassenfinanzgruppe
  • Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams aus Produkmanagern, Designern und Entwicklern
  • Erstellung von Anforderungsspezifikationen zur Entwicklung von Produktinnovationen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und anderen Stakeholdern
  • Betreuung und Beratung von internen Teams, Personen sowie neuen und bestehenden Partnern in Bezug auf digitale Geschäftsprozesse und Webprojekte
  • Erstellung von Roadmaps und Sprintplanungen
  • Budgetcontrolling für Entwicklerressourcen
Dein Profil
  • Fachliches Know-How: Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis im Bereich Frontend- und Backend Entwicklung, 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise mehrjährige Projektmanagement-Erfahrung. Nice to Have: Erfahrungen aus dem Banken- oder Fintechumfeld und Kenntnisse in Tools wie Jira, Figma, Miro oder ähnlichen Tools.
  • Agiles Arbeiten: Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in agilen Umgebungen
  • Teamwork: Teamplayer mit Herz und Seele, Spaß daran, Expertise weiterzugeben
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Bereitschaft, eigenverantwortlich Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Mindestanforderung Deutschlevel C1
