In alternative theperson can be based at our location in Mannheim, but must take inconsideration to travel once per week toWetzlar.
Come join a fantasticteam As the HR Business Partner for our DACHcommercial and EMEA Service teams you will serveas an advisor and counsel to assigned functions to help your clientgroup to achieve their business goals through effective HR strategyand provide guidance as needed for effective decisionmaking.
YOURRESPONSIBILITIES
- Pro-activelyassist, advise managers on all day-to-day Human Resource topics, inaccordance with employment law, local best practice, HR policiesand DHR processes
- Coachmanagers in your client group to have the best and diverseorganization aligned with business strategy ensuring robustsuccession plans in place for key roles, strong development planfor key talents with right opportunities, monitoring of all KPIs ofHR function (retention, Internal fill rate, diversity,engagement)
- Representcompany on the application and interpretation of HR processes &policies and is available for all associates for any sensitivematter. Ensuring the annual Performance appraisal scheme and annualDevelopment scheme takes place with rigor to ensure the continueddevelopment ofemployees
- Support and coachManagers to attract best and diverse candidates, supportonboarding, terminations, transfers, employee relations, policies,standard work, andaudits
- Working with the HRCoordinator and wider HR delivery team to implement contractualchanges and updates, ensuring timely completion in line withpayrolldeadlines
YOURPROFILE
- Degree inHuman Resources, Business, or a behavioralscience
- Experience as an HRGeneralist / HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner or HR project withappetite for business support (commercial &Service)
- Experiencesupporting managers & employees or HR projects acrosscountries
- Proven ability towork in a dynamic and fast pacedenvironment
- Fluent Germanand English, in written and inspoken
