DENSO ADAS Engineering Services GmbH, as a part of DENSO Mobility, is a R&D company with activities in developing the next generation of 3D digital perception based mainly on computer vision, radar and sonar technology for future driving and safety functions.

As a full subsidiary of the DENSO Corporation, the world-wide second largest tier-one automotive supplier, we combine the strength of a globally operating cooperation with the agility and familiar atmosphere of a small business.

To strengthen our team of about 35 highly skilled engineers in Lindau (Germany) we are looking to hire a motivated, engaged and experienced Team Leader.


Job Description:

  • Lead a computer vision team and act as a supportive leader
  • Leverage the deep and broad technical expertise to mentor engineers and provide leadership on resolving complex technology issues
  • Ensure knowledge/knowledge transfer and development capacity within the team
  • Ensures and force synergies and reusability between technologies and projects
  • Technical support for the design & architecture of prototypes as well as mass production considerations
  • Contribute to the computer vision technology roadmap
  • Entrepreneurial and outofbox thinking essential for a technology company

Qualifications:

Education and Know-how:

  • University degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Strong C/C++ programming experience
  • Experience with software development in Windows & Linux
  • Good knowledge in at least one of the following fields: computer vision, robotics, sensing, stateestimation
  • Competence in algorithms, mathematics, physics

Desired technical skills:

  • Experience with Git, Jira, CMake, Doxygen, Continuous Integration, Visual Studio
  • Python programming experience
  • Knowledge of SQL and databases
  • Experience developing software in Linux
  • Experience with software development for realtime systems
  • Experience with software testing frameworks

Additional Information

Fluent language skills in English language and a valid driver ́s licence are required for this position. Proficient german language skills are desired.
