Receptionist (f/m/d):


To support our Management Assistance team we are searching for a Receptionist (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Reception and guidance of guests and suppliers, including greeting, providing information on contact persons, and arranging transportation
  • Telephone switchboard support in German and English, managing calls, and transferring them, primarily from business partners
  • Coordination of conference rooms.
  • Coordination of the pool of vehicles for trips to logistic sites.
  • Support with administrative and organizational tasks, such as telephone list maintenance, flower orders, and competitor monitoring

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Completed commercial training in the hotel industry, a servicerelated field or professional experience in a similar role
  • Friendly with a strong service orientation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Organized, responsible, and flexible with an independent and professional working style
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English in both written and spoken forms (C1 level)
