Quality Manager (m/w/d) Lohnherstellung
Aufgaben
- Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Lohnherstellung, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Bulk- und API-Herstellung sowie Konfektionierung
- Prüfung und Verwaltung der Herstellungs- und Konfektionierungsanweisungen der Lohnhersteller
- Bewertung von Abweichungen und Reklamationen beim Lohnhersteller
- Prüfung der Chargenprotokolle der Lohnhersteller
- Implementierung von Änderungen & Optimierungen der Herstellprozesse bei Lohnherstellern via CC
- Bewertung der Lohnhersteller Product Quality Reviews (PQRs)
- Mitarbeit bei Tech-Transfers und Prozessvalidierungen
- Mitarbeit bei Verantwortungsabgrenzungsvereinbarungen
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise Pharmazie, Pharmatechnik, Lebensmitteltechnologie, oder eine der Fachrichtung entsprechende Berufsausbildung
- Gute Kenntnisse in der GMP-konformen Herstellung von festen und flüssigen Arzneiformen, insbesondere Phytopharmaka
- Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von QM-Themen (z. B. Abweichung, Change Control, CAPA, PQR)
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Lohnherstellern wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
