To support our team in Elsenfeld we are looking for two committed and highly motivated Team Leads for our Inbound and Outbound area.

About the Role:

How you will contribute

• Personnel management and responsibility in the inbound/outbound department, planning and control including work distribution and briefing of employees
• Superior contact person for customers and employees or temps in the inbound/outbound area
• Planning, scheduling and coordination of forklifts
• Planning and control of inbound/outbound goods and goods movements within the agreed customer SLA's
• Ensuring the ontime processing of orders including the complete and safe loading/handling of trucks
• Coordination and adherence to set targets, KPI's, SLA's and customer requirements
• Processing prioritized shipments and customer orders and handing them off to employees for loading and/or storage
• Processing of stock transfers and transfers in the warehouse management system
• Ensuring customer communication within the contractually agreed customer SLA's
• Reporting damages and claims, assisting with claim and damage handling and appropriate documentation
• Responsibility for compliance, revision and optimization of procedures and processes
• Development, creation and continuous updating of process descriptions and work instructions
• Support for projects within the logistics area
• Daily and weekly reporting (internal and external)

Your Key Qualifications

• Completed training as a specialist for warehouse logistics or comparable training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the warehouse sector with personnel responsibility
• Experience in import/customs warehouse desirable
• Air and sea freight knowledge is an advantageous
• Fluent in written and spoken German as well as good English skills
• You have a strong sense of personal responsibility, independence as well as planning and organizational skills
• You have a dynamic, goaloriented and teamoriented personality with good communication skills and you are able to work under pressure
