The HR department for Mercedes-Benz Vans sales in Overseas and Europe works closely with the business. Together we drive forward future topics, push the transformation in Marketing & Sales and expand the competitive position of Mercedes-Benz Vans.

Then you too can play an active role in shaping HR management for global sales at Mercedes-Benz Vans Exciting and varied tasks await you. Through constant exchange with our global HR colleagues, you will get to know market-specific requirements for HR policy issues, gain insights into HR consulting and identify and launch best practice approaches. In addition, as a Business Partner you will support the sales department at Mercedes-Benz Vans in the implementation of strategic topics and culture initiatives including further development programs to make Mercedes-Benz Vans managers and employees "fit for the future". Another focal point is the joint HR support of senior managers worldwide.
These are some of the challenges you will face:
Supporting the HR Business Partner in HR work for the global sales organization of Mercedes-Benz Vans Collaboration on overarching topics such as personnel development, diversity, compliance and remuneration Support in administrative HR work and in the establishment of global HR standards and processes, e.g. in recruitment, personnel management or personnel planning Documenting and analyzing HR data and preparing it appropriately for the target group Support in strategic and planning topics Independent coordination of appointments Insights into the recruiting process at Mercedes-Benz Vans by independently filling succession positions Qualifikationen Degree in business administration, psychology, law or a comparable course of study Initial practical experience in human resources is an advantage Proficient in written and spoken German and English - other foreign languages an advantage Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) Analytical way of thinking and independent, strategic way of working Reliability and diligence Commitment and ability to work in a team Sensitivity for intercultural cooperation and understanding of international contextsAdditional information:
