What's the plan:
- Being part of the Analytics business area of REWE Group, collaborating within the Customer, Analytics & Technology executive department to consolidate all strategic, analytical, and business support functions in German retail.
- Engaged in a fascinating transformation journey to establish Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence as complementary value drivers in crucial business decisions.
- Embracing agile methodologies with cross-functional teams to propel the development of analytical products and Use Cases.
What you'll be doing with us:
- Owning and overseeing analytical GenAI Use Cases from concept to Proof of Concept (POC) and potentially product launch in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Formulating an initial product vision hand in hand with UX experts and employing suitable agile Discovery methods.
- Proactively planning a development roadmap for the product aligned with the product vision, including prioritizing initiatives, Epics, and User Stories.
- Preparing and planning sprints in agile product development and orchestrating releases.
- Identifying and addressing customer needs, evaluating requirements in a customer-centric approach to maximize economic benefits.
- Communicating, coordinating, and synchronizing content with all relevant parties, acting as an analytical sparring partner with Data Scientists and developers.
- Delivering impactful KPIs and decision proposals through your products to enable data-driven business decisions.

- Proficiency in German and English.
