Team Lead Java Developer / Entwickler (m/w/d)


Aufgaben
  • Design und Implementierung von Fach- oder Systemarchitekturen und IT-Strategien
  • Vermittlung von IT-Lösungsansätzen und -Fragestellungen für unsere Kunden
  • Technische Verantwortung für Kundenprojekte sowie für eigene Produktentwicklungen
  • Steuerung der Entwicklungsteams oder Teilprojekte nach agilen und klassischen Methoden
  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von technisch innovativen Anwendungen im Backend- und Frontend-Bereich
  • Expertenbeiträge zu ausgesuchten Fragestellungen
  • Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Disziplinarische Führung von Entwicklungsteams

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, -Mathematik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Entwicklungsteams
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Begeisterung und Neugierde für Innovationen
  • Breite Erfahrung in relevanten Technologien und Methoden (z.B. Spring, SpringBoot Hibernate, Git, Jenkins oder JUnit)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Beratung heißt Flexibilität: Dein Projekteinsatz richtet sich nach unseren Kunden und Deiner Projektsituation und beinhaltet sowohl hybrides Arbeiten als auch den Einsatz vor Ort
