Assistent vom VP Global Manufacturing (m/w/d)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Koordination und Begleitung standortübergreifender Projekte
- Anfertigung von Vorstudien zu strategischen Initiativen/ Ansätzen
- Standortübergreifende Kommunikation hinsichtlich Projekten, technischem Austausch, best practice, Jahres
- und Budgetplanung
- Überwachung und Begleitung des GMO Wesens (standortübergreifende Produktänderungen)
- Konzeptionierung, Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen und Management von Veränderungen
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Meetings und calls
- Aufbereitung von Projekten und Strategien für reporting - und Präsentationszwecke
- Technische Projektleitung bei standortübergreifenden Projekten

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium bevorzugt Holztechnik, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erfahrungen in Projektarbeit
- Erfahrung und Stärke in Kommunikation und Planung
- Englisch: schriftlich versiert und verhandlungssicher
- Erfahrung in ingenieurmäßiger Herangehensweise
- Grundlegendes Wissen und Kenntnis über Lean Manufacturing Prinzipien
- CAD 3D, Projektplanungssoftware, Office
- Strukturierte Vorgehensweise
- Teamarbeit
- Eigeninitiative
