Seit 1992 ist die V. D. Ledermann & Co. GmbH, Niederlassung Bautzen, als Produktionsstandort für edding Produkte Teil des edding Konzerns. Wir produzieren mit modernster Technik und mit engagierten Mitarbeitern einen Großteil der Produkte für das Segment Schreiben und Markieren. Schwerpunkt unserer Tätigkeit sind die Kunststoffverarbeitung und Montage. Seit 2020 geht edding auch unter die Haut: Wir entwickeln und produzieren eigene vegane Tattoo-Farben für unser Tattoo-Studio in Hamburg.

**Specialist Sustainable Materials (m/w/divers)**:
**in Vollzeit, ab sofort**: Du brennst für das Thema, die Welt aus technischer Sicht nachhaltiger zu gestalten. In dieser Position wirst Du eine zentrale Verantwortung in unserem Service Center Sourcing & Development übernehmen, um nachhaltigere Materialien, die in unseren Produkten verwendet werden, zu identifizieren, zu bewerten und einzusetzen. Dein Einsatz wird in der Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion liegen.
**Das sind Deine Aufgaben**:
- Qualifikation neuer und nachhaltiger Materialien für unsere Produkte
- Bewertung des Nachhaltigkeitseffekts, CO2-Reduktion und Eignung als Ersatz für herkömmliche Materialien
- Konzeption und Implementierung neuer und nachhaltiger Materialien und Designs in unserer Produktion
- Ausbau eines Netzwerkes aus Universitäten, Institutionen und Projektpartnern mit dem gemeinsamen Ziel eine nachhaltigere Rohstoffbasis und nachhaltigere Produkte zu entwickeln
- Weiterentwicklung der Wissensbasis zum Thema nachhaltige Materialien und Designs innerhalb des Konzerns
**Das ist Dein Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (MSc.Niveau) in Umwelt-/Chemie-/Verfahrenstechnik, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Vorzugsweise fünf Jahre Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Materialwissenschaften
- Technisches Wissen über Produktionsprozesse (Spritzguss, Umformung, Montage usw.)
- Kenntnisse zu nachhaltigen Materialien und Messungen der Nachhaltigkeit
- Gemeinsam in einem Team neue Ideen entwickeln und anzugehen, spornt Dich genauso an wie ehrgeizige Ziele und enge Zeitpläne
- Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement wird als Pluspunkt angesehen
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
