Caritas-Straßenambulanz Franz von Assisi is currently seeking a dedicated Pflegefachkraft to join their team.
Your Responsibilities:- Responsible for providing basic nursing care and treatment
- Preparation, execution, and documentation of control examinations
- Maintaining contact with clients during Streetwork outreach
- Handling documentation tasks
- Certified as a Gesundheits und Krankenpfleger/in
- Preferably, experience working with individuals struggling with addiction
- Reliable and meticulous in your work approach
- Flexible and enjoy working in a multi-professional team
- Empathetic towards the needs of the clients
- Opportunity to work independently and contribute ideas to a social organization
