Tätigkeitsbeschreibung und Aufgaben:

Sie werden Teil eines Teams sein, das für die Analyse von Rotorblättern, metallischenRotorteilen, Triebwerksintegration, Flugsteuerung und Hydraulik für verschiedene Hubschraubertypenverantwortlich ist.Der/die Stelleninhaber ist tätig als Dynamic System Stress Engineer (m/w/d) (auch in Teilzeitmöglich) und übernimmt folgende Aufgaben: Dimensionierung, Analyse und Nachweis von Komponenten des dynamischen Systems unterBerücksichtigung von Gewichts- und Leistungsaspekten Durchführung von statischen Berechnungen und Lebensdaueranalysen für Metallund Faserverbundbauteile mit Hilfe von analytische Methoden und FE-Analysen Definition, Betreuung und Bewertung von Tests Überwachung von Flugtestkampagnen Bewertung von Qualitätsmeldungen und Bauabweichungen Nachweis von Reparaturen und Änderungen im Produktionsprozess Beantwortung von Kundenfragen und Untersuchung von Vorfällen aus dem Betrieb

Eigenmotivierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit in einem transnationalen Umfeld mit vielfältigenSchnittstellen zu anderen Disziplinen You will be part of a team which is in charge of analyzing rotor blades, metallic rotor parts, engine integration,flight controls and hydraulics for different types of helicopters.

Dynamic System Stress Engineer (d/f/m)

Your tasks and responsibilities: Sizing, analysis and substantiation of components of the dynamic system, taking into account weight andperformance aspects Static analysis and fatigue calculation for metallic and composite parts by analytical methods andFE-Analysis Assessment of non-conformities and production deviations Substantiation of repairs and manufacturing changes Response to customer questions and investigation of in-service incidents Desired skills and qualifications: Engineering Degree in aerospace engineering (or equivalent) and work experience as stress engineer Solid skills of standard stress analysis methods (e.g. HSB, Bruhn, ESDU, Roark & Young) Good knowledge in FE Modeling techniques including pre- and post-processing (Hypermesh, Optistruct,NASTRAN, ABAQUS) Experience with lifetime / fatigue analysis Self-motivated and independent way of working with good communication skills Proactive attitude and willingness for teamwork in a transnational surrounding with various interfaces toother disciplines Language Skills: Fluent in English and German

Studium:

Luft- und Raumfahrt mind. Master / Diplom-Studiengang

Berufserfahrung:

Engineering mind. über 3 Jahre mit Schwerpunkt Festigkeit

IT:

Nastran mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen Hypermesh, Optistruct, ABAQUS

Sprachkenntnisse:

Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

Weitere Qualifikationen:

Erfahrung mit den gängigen analytischen Festigkeitsmethoden (z. B. HSB, Bruhn, ESDU,Roark & Young) Erfahrung mit Lebensdaueranalysen
