Acting on behalf of a senior care facility near Gießen, we are looking for someone to fill the position of PDL/Nursing Care Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest opportunity.

• Take the lead of the nursing team and ensure holistic and high-quality care for the residents
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership and support the development of staff
• Plan, organize, and optimize care processes while considering the individual needs of residents
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, quality standards, and hygiene guidelines
• Build and maintain a trusting relationship with residents, families, doctors, and external service providers
• Contribute to the development of the facility and the implementation of modern care concepts

• Completed training in geriatric care or healthcare and nursing, along with further education in nursing management or equivalent qualifications
• Several years of experience in geriatric care, including at least two years in a leadership role
• Sound knowledge in geriatric care and nursing documentation, with a deep understanding of the needs of older individuals
• Strong communication skills, empathy, assertiveness, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Organizational skills, decisiveness, and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• Willingness for continuous learning and implementing modern care and support concepts
