Aufgaben

Das macht den Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz entwickelt das Next Generation Control Center Ecosystem (Modular Control Center System), um den Anforderungen an die Digitalisierung in der Energie­wende zu erfüllen. Du wirst Teil der Grid Monitoring und Control Product Line und leitest die Entwicklung von "Control" für die Systemführung und Offshore Operations. D. h. du entwickelst neben klassischen SCADA Control Funktionalitäten ein über­greifendes Steuerungsprodukt für alle Assets der Systemführung und Offshore Operations, sowohl für elektrische Betriebsmittels als auch in Neben­anlagen. Gestalte mit uns diesen Wandel und begleite uns hautnah in der damit verbundenen Entwicklung der Schalt- und Steuerprozesse sowie Software.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Gestaltung bzw. Weiterentwicklung der Vision und Roadmap des Produktes Control mit SCADA-nahen Funktionalitäten zur Steuerung unserer Netzelemente und von Nebenanlagen in unserer modularen Plattform zur Steuerung und Überwachung von Stromnetzen,
  • Du bist mit deinem Team verantwortlich für die Weiter­entwicklung und den Betrieb (You build it, you run it) der Software und der Prozesse rund um Control in der Systemführung und bei Offshore Operations,
  • Du bist verantwortlich für dein Backlog, das Erstellen von User Stories, die Abstimmung mit anderen Teams und der Präsentation in Sprint Reviews gemeinsam mit dem Team,
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler*innen, Architekt*innen, Anwender*innen und Fachspezialist*innen sowie den anderen Product Teams des Product Clusters,
  • Du verstehst dich als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Entwicklern*innen und Stakeholdern,
  • Planen, Treiben und Durchführen von Proof of Concepts, MVPs, sowie Analyse von potenziellen technischen Lösungsansätzen,
  • Erstellung, Abstimmung und Pflege von Roadmaps, Release-Plänen sowie der Betriebsplanung des entwickelten Produkts.

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Ingenieur­wissenschaften, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Physik,
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufs­erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle,
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum,
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Software für technische Anwendungen, idealerweise im Bereich Stromnetze oder SCADA,
  • Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative,
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu visualisieren und zu erklären,
  • Entrepreneurship mit Kreativität für neue Lösungsansätze bzw. einem lösungsorientierten Produkt­denken,
  • Teamplayer, der/die andere Teams mit seinem/ihrem Wissen unterstützt,
  • Hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und Bereitschaft sich in aktuelle / neue Themen einzuarbeiten,
  • Sprachen: Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1) und Englisch (B2).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Idealerweise: Schulungen / Zertfikate zu SCRUM und/oder SAFe.
